Jason To Ride 1200kms For Mental Health Awareness

Ride 4U - Time To Survive is to raise awareness for mental health

Jason Austin will be riding his pushbike from Griffith NSW to the Central Coast in April this year to raise awareness for mental health and raise funds for Beyond Blue.

With a number of recent deaths in and around his hometown of Griffith due to suicide, Jason felt he needed to do something to create further awareness and along the way raise some money.

Jason and his wife can up with the idea for Ride 4U ‘Time to Survive’. As they want to recognise those whose lives have been lost and support those who battle mental health and their families.

Jason’s plan is to ride from Griffith to Wagga on 21st April 2021 onto Young, Orange, Mudgee, Hunter Valley, Newcastle and finishing at the Central Coast on 28th April 2021.

The ride encompasses a journey of around 1,200kms stopping overnight in each of the above towns/cities.

Every donation helps and makes a significant impact on mental health in Australia, so thank you to everyone who has donated I will leave the link below on where you can donate!
