Learning from the Best
The 24 team members of both GRE & LRE recently held their annual planning day in Griffith. The event was designed to enable them to reset goals, carry out one-on-one training, and share new ideas in an open forum.
We were fortunate to have an amazing lineup of guest speakers who connected with and assisted our team. Ewan Morton from Morton Real Estate Sydney and Adrian Butera from Compton Green in Melbourne discussed various areas of real estate, providing valuable insights on personal and professional growth. We also had the pleasure of welcoming Will and Sophia from Wellways, who spoke about the importance of mental health for individuals and their colleagues, a crucial topic in today’s world.
The Griffith and Leeton Real Estate award winners for 2022/2023 are as follows:
- Sales Agent of the Year: Luke Santolin
- Property Manager of the Year: Hannah Bennett
- Team Player of the Year: Chloe Bavaresco
To top it off, there was even a tutorial on how to do Tina Turner’s “Nutbush” (no thanks to Tony), followed by an amazing team dinner at La Scala to conclude the day!
